Booking & Package Policy

Packages are nonrefundable & nontransferable. Sessions must be used within the following timeframes:

Packages of 5 sessions or fewer: within 3 months of purchase

10-session packages: within 6 months of purchase

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice & missed appointments may be charged in full or deducted from your package.

I understand that life happens. If unexpected circumstances affect your ability to complete your package within the allotted timeframe, please reach out before it expires. Extensions may be considered on an individual basis.
