My Why
I’m Lyndsey (she/her).
This work began from my own journey of learning how to slow down, listen & reconnect with my body.
After moving through seasons of stress, burnout & pushing past my own limits, I began to understand how deeply the nervous system shapes the way we feel, respond & move through life.
I know what it feels like to be in a constant state of doing, holding & pushing through — disconnected from what your body is actually asking for.
What I offer is a space to come back to yourself.
Through practices like AcuDetox, breathwork, reiki, EVOX & embodiment work, we create room for your nervous system to settle, soften & restore.
My approach is intuitive & responsive — blending grounded practices with attuned presence. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all structure. Each session is guided by what your body is communicating in the moment, allowing space for deeper regulation, clarity & integration.
My work is trauma-aware & rooted in compassion, consent & nervous system safety. I’m also committed to creating spaces that feel welcoming & accessible for the queer & Deaf communities, as well as others who may not always feel fully seen or supported in traditional healing spaces.
Because I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), I offer sessions that are directly accessible to Deaf & Hard of hearing clients without the need for an interpreter.
I believe our bodies hold an innate wisdom & capacity to heal — sometimes we just need the space & support to reconnect with that trust.
Healing doesn’t happen by force.
It happens when we feel safe enough to soften & receive.
